This villa is a part of a complex of 10 villas, each with its own private pool and a lawn, ideal for a large group. The pool and loungers make a great spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the paddy view. And, when you wish to retire to your rooms, a four-poster bed awaits. The Space
Let me walk you through the villa:
 
BEDROOMS: 
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- All rooms have king-sized beds and wardrobes.
 
BATHROOMS: 
- There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 common powder room. 
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the rooms. 
 
COMMON AREAS: 
- The living room seats up to 8 people and offers a TV. 
- There is a 6-seater dining table. 
- There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 12 people at any given time. 
- The pool is 35.1x15.7 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. 
- There are poolside loungers.
 
KITCHEN: 
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave and a water purifier.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD:
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- A Chef is available to prepare local specialities and a delicious spread of home-cooked meals all day, at an additional charge.
- Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- Cooking & consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
- The villa is a part of a gated community.
- There is a CCTV camera installed in the outdoor area for security purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, power back up is available in the villa. 
- Secured parking space for 1 car is available in the villa. 
- WiFi, although available, is subject to network availability at any given time.
 
HOUSE RULES: 
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors. 
- Pets are not allowed.
- Food, drinks or glassware are not allowed in and around the pool. 
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Footwears are not allowed inside the villa.
 
GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
